Our services also encompass New Mama consultations, GP referrals, low back pain recovery, nutrition and weight management, as well as bespoke choreography for hen parties and weddings. With our LoveTrain couples personal training and wedding dance choreography, we emphasize the importance of today's actions for a healthier tomorrow. My journey from professional dancer to fitness coach has fueled my passion for anatomy, physiology, and holistic wellness, you receive the best guidance tailored to your needs.
